Wonderful!!!

This is THE best boil mix around! Flavors come out perfect every time! I always use shrimp and add some new potatoes, corn, onion, and a lemon. Delicious!

Makes my low-country boil high-faluting!

I have used Louisiana Fish Fry's Crawfish, Crab and Shrimp Boil for over 10 years and I can't sing it's praises enough! I use it to cook what we, here in Atlanta, call Frogmore Stew. Other areas may refer to it as Low-Country Boil. It consists of a varienty of ingredients, including crab legs, shrimp, crawfish, sausage, corn-on-the-cob, red potatoes, onions, and just about any other combination you can think of. A friend of mine from Louisiana first introduced the product to me because her parents would send her a case if it every year from Louisiana. She and I lost touch over the years and I was forced to use another product. I was never completely satisfied with the other product and started actively looking for yours. One day as I was shopping in my local grocery store, I stumbled upon a Louisiana Fish Fry display. I stocked up immediately!. But then, just as suddenly, they stopped carrying the product. I was devastated. But good fortune smiled on me again and I found a supply in a fresh fish restaurant where they had a complete wall next to the cash register displaying nothing but Louisiana Fish Fry products. This time, I didn't just stock-up, I stockpiled!!! Now that I have found your website, I feel confident that I'll never run out of this product again. It's spices are so well-blended. They get inside the seafood and enhance their flavor to the point that the only sounds I hear around the table are "mmm", "ooohhh", and "aaahhh". If I have any cautionary tales to tell they would be as follows: 1) DON'T leave your ingredients sitting in the boil after it's done. The longer they sit, the hotter they get. If you have leftovers, store the ingredients and the boil separately. Even reheating it will add more heat to the seafood, so remove it from the boil as soon as possible. And 2) A little bit goes a long way. Be careful not to add too much boil to your boil I have added too much on occasion and made the seafood almost too hot to eat Thank you for making such an execellent product. It makes me really shine as a cook. My family believes that I can really "throw-down" in the kitchen. They have no idea that all I do is add seafood and other ingredients to your Louisiana Crawfish, Crab and Shrimp Boil!!!

Nice flavor for bbq ribs

I boil my feather bone ribs in the crab boil loose power mix for about 20 minutes and then put them on the grill to brown on low heat and basting them with my favorite BBQ sause. MMMMMMMMMM good. I am having a hard time finding this particular product here in Nebraska they carry some product, but not the loose crab boil. could you let me know where i can get it locally .

i've used this stuff for over 10 years,it is so versitile i use it as a marinate for smoked chicken breast ,beef jerky,smoked fish,including shark (we call it shark candy )boiled shrimp,and anything i get my hands on. one friend a state park ranger said his daughter would pick all the meat off the chicken breast then suck on the bones. makes boiled peanuts unforgettable! you'all rock my world! thanks forever.

I have been using this product for the past eight years when we have our family crab feast both at home an on vacation at the outer banks. Every year we have more people showing up for the "Special Day". I usually boil 20 lbs of shrimp, a bushel or more of large crabs, red potatoes, and corn on the cob. Try it but you better have a lot of beer to wash it all down.

Crawfish boil is a kitchen must have!

I ordered 50 pounds of crawfish boil about 10 years ago. I'm all out and need to order more. My kitchen will never be without it. I use it when I cook crawfish, shrimp, alligator, catfish and I have even used it on lobster. The 5 lb bag is a great Christmas present for that uncle of yours that likes to cook spicy seafood.
