My sister introduced me to Louisiana Fish Fry Dirty Rice Mix. over the holidays. Needless to say I immediately went to the store and bought several bags. I use spicy sausages and everyone at my job fell in love with your product. Love it and am asked often to make some more. Better than the other brands.

My husband is from Louisiana; I'm a Yankee. I've learned to make many Louisiana dishes from scratch - long detailed recipes taking a lot of time and many many ingredients. Tonight, though, I opened a bag of Louisiana Fish Fry Dirty Rice Mix and followed the very easy 3 steps. Served it with some cornbread and milk. My husband's response to dinner was a big happy sigh and the comment "THAT was GO-OD!" I loved the simplicity of the meal, the easy cleanup, and it took the same amount of time to cook as the cornbread so everything was done at the same time. (It was a tiny bit spicy for my Yankee mouth, though. But I just ate more cornbread and drank milk. It wasn't so spicy I couldn't eat it.)

Being a New Englander, came across this in a store a few years ago, and have served it at home, as well as special events, with pork, beef, shrimp, chicken, anything and it has received nothing but RAVE reviews! And it's so easy, as well as inexpensive!

Great taste. Never fails. Add Hot Sausage, if you like, for a little change of pace. Doesn't really need anything more than hamburger meat.

I Love, love, love this dirty rice mix. I just wish I could find it in my local stores. It is way beyond the other dirty rices mixes I have tried, even that one with the funny name that starts with a Z.

Our family LOVES the Dirty Rice mix and we frequently have it as a main meal with salad for dinner. The only trouble we have is finding it in our local stores!! Not everyone carries this brand-although they should because it is the BEST! We've tried the competition, but Lousiana Brand Dirty Rice is the BEST TASTING!

I love the food of Lousiana, but my wife is a bit more cautious. When I made the Dirty Rice she loved it. I've made the same from other companies....but she much prefers this brand. And needless to say I loved it too. The spices were just right for her but I needed extra tabasco.
