Crispy and moist

I never thought I could get fried fish the way you do when you go out, but I will never have to again! It is so easy to use! It is crispy on the outside and the fish (cod) stays nice and moist on the inside. I tried scallops last night too. Excellent! Bought this by mistake. Best mistake I ever made!

The best fish seasoning

I stumbled across this batter a couple of years ago in a road side shop in Bermuda. I could not get enough of it and started buying four and five at a time. Then they stopped bringing it in. What a dissapointment. I am very happy to discover their website and will definitely order it on line. Very good product!!

I ate fish before but, now i am a fish addict!

I used to "like" fish," but only ate it occasionally. Since, I found and tried the New Orleans Fish Fry, I have fish - by preference - at least three times a week. There is no meat in the world that can take the place of this taste. Believe me, Louisiana New Orleans Style Fish Fry is wonderful.

One of the best seasonings for fish

I have been using the Louisiana Fish Fry for a long time and i love it also my family. I told some of my relatives and friends about it and now they use it.. It is a product that i will continue to use forever as long as it will be on the market. One thing i dislike is that i had been buying this seasoning at Wal-mart and now i can't find it anymore. I will go online and order it.

Beats all i've had

Spring is in the air and Frying up some fish sounded good. Mentioned I might fry some fish to Jerry (renting my house while in town) who's in our area working (he's from Louisiana) and he tossed me a bag. Went home and thawed out some fish and twenty minutes later my Family & the neighbors were eating excellent fried fish. I'm ordering some today! I have tried this without even knowing anything about it and it is great. I am afraid to purchase any other fish mix because I know I will be disappointed in them because they will not match up with yours I have tried other mixes in the past and not can compare to the taste your product adds to the taste of the fish. This was very easy to prepare. I don't have a deep fryer at home so I did it on the stove. I used olive oil to fry the tilapia. Wow!
