Awesome!

I tried it on catfish, it was delicious! But when I used it for pork chops that was the best! it was crispy on the outside, juicy, tender and flavorful on the inside. I had to buy a case!

The fish fry product tastes excellent and frys great. I had to go to Pa/ to get it, after the first bag I bought it but it makes the fish taste excellent. Stir fry secret

I pan fry tiliapia white fish or cubed chicken breast in olive oil with Louisiana seasoned fish fry cooked golden. It's quick and simple to coat the freshly defrosted meat in a dry plastic freezer bag (a defrosting plate works in about ten minutes in rinse water). I serve with red beans and rice/pasta or cajun spiced instant rice or microwave-steam veggies (my favorite is three bean with carrots and cranberries). Also I use the pan fried chicken as topping on do-it-yourself pizza kits (I call it Cajun pizza). These meals are ready in less than 20 minutes from frozen. However, the local store recently switched to an inferior cajun coating brand that burns too easily and lacks the flavor. After burning my first stir fry with the knock-off brand I did a search in the hope of finding another local store to supply me the real deal. I am pleased to see you sell it by the case, jar and box. Wow! I've been getting a small bag every week or two for about two years now. By comparison I figure its the coarser texture of the corn meal in your mix that gives it the crispy crunch and without easily burning in a pan. I'd occasionally prefer less salt though for health reasons. A person can always add salt. But the other spices and texture and just naturally good ingredients are perfect the way they are. The best tasting fish ever!

This seasoning is so good I almost cried. It's unbelievale how good it tastes. The blend of seasonings is perfect and the crunch it adds it great. After my first time trying it, I ate shrimp and fish for about a week straight. I made shrimp for my boyfriend and he was amazed (he thinks I started from scratch with cornmeal... shhh!). He told all of his friends how good of a cook I am. I love it!!

Seasoned fish fry

I had this delicious Louisiana Fish Fry on Catfish in the beautiful New Orleans, LA. & Carthage, Texas for the first time on June 2nd and boy was it great! My friend had to keep cooking Catfish for me with this mix my entire visit. It's really good. Now I'm back in Long Island City, New York and feel lost without it. I hope I can find it here somewhere in New York City. That way I will not have to miss Louisiana or Texas too much. If I have to get it online, I'll buy a big order of it. I'm a person that doesn't eat a whole lot of fish. But NOW I'm really motivated to!

I lived in Louisiana for ten years and got hooked on this fry mix. Now that I live in North Carolina for last ten years, I simply have to have this one for farm-raised catfish! Tried many others, just not the same. Friends bring me this from Louisiana when they viist, we pick some up when we visit, we go to distant stores to buy this and stock this at my pantry. The best i've ever had

Purchased your fish fry seasoning and coating mix. Absolutely delicious! Just a touch of spice to perk it up, flavor is wonderful. Has a bit of crunch from the cornmeal that is sooooo good. Have used it on haddock, cod, and sea scallops. I'll use it more on other things and I'm sure it will be great. Very easy to use. Any amateur cook can have success with this product.

Easy to use
